Product Description:

Graphite paper/sheet is also named flexible graphite foil which is made from high carbon phosphorus flake graphite by chemical treatment, high-temperature expansion and rolling. It is the basic material for manufacturing various graphite seals. According to their functions, properties, and uses, they are divided into flexible graphite paper, ultra-thin graphite paper, thermal conductive graphite paper, graphite paper rolls, graphite sheets, etc.


The thermal conductivity and electric conductivity of graphite paper are quite high. Its conductivity is 4 times higher than that of stainless steel, 2 times higher than that of carbon steel, and 100 times higher than that of ordinary non-metallic products. Its thermal conductivity not only exceeds that of metal materials such as copper, iron, and lead, but also decreases with increasing temperature. Compared with ordinary metal materials, graphite tends to be insulated at extremely high temperatures. So under ultra-high temperature conditions, the heat reduction function of graphite paper is very stable and reliable.

The operating temperature is -200 Deg.C~1650 Deg.C (non oxidizing medium)- 200 Deg.C~850 Deg.C (in oxidizing medium).

Flexible graphite paper products for sealing are mainly used in the production of packing rings, surrounding gaskets, universal packing, composite plates made of metal plates, and various gaskets made of laminated (bonded) composite plates. They have been widely used in professions such as petrochemical, mechanical, metallurgical, atomic energy, and power, and have excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, compression recovery, excellent gentle stress resistance, and self-lubricating properties.
